The Board is in the process of sending out invoices to approx. 300 homeowners that have not paid their dues for the 2024 year. This money is required to ensure our amenities are maintained, we can hold events for homeowners, and we can complete projects to further improve our neighborhood. It is imperative that everyone pays their dues on time. With the transition away from the property management company, we’ve extended the period without late fees until the end of July, as was communicated at the Annual meeting.
Given that we’re entering August, we’ll start adding a 9% annual late fee to the overdue amount on all accounts starting in August.
Don’t know how to pay?
We have 2 options available for payment …
Option 1:
Mail your payment to Clay Meadows HOA @ 1004 Claywoods Dr. The mailbox this will be sent to is at the end of the pool driveway. If you want to save a stamp, you can drop the envelope off in the mailbox yourself and it will be picked up by one of the board members regularly.
Option 2:
You can visit http://dues.claymeadows.org which will redirect you to our online payment processor. When submitting payment, please ensure that you include your Name and Address so that we know where to credit the money to.
How much are dues?
When we separated with FSR, there were 2 conflicting messages that went out. In December, an email stating dues increased to $220 (at our 2023 Annual Meeting) was sent to homeowners. This is the correct info. In January, a farewell from FSR was sent via traditional mail, and this falsely stated that dues had not changed.
Dues were increased, via community homeowner vote, at the 2023 Annual Meeting, and passed per our bylaws / regulations.
