You are requesting approval of this project at this time by the ACC. If the improvement is not addressed in the Covenants and Restrictions, the final decision will be based on type, size, style and location of the requested improvement. The ACC has 30 days from receipt of my completed paperwork to decide on this request. Failure by the ACC to decide within the 30 days is a grant of permission for the submitted project per the Declaration of Restrictions of Clay Meadows.
