Pool Rules

  • Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, unless otherwise posted. Use of the pool outside of these hours is strictly prohibited and considered trespassing.
  • The pool is for Clay Meadows Homeowners Association residents and their guests only (maximum of 4 guests per household).
  • Residents must use their key fob for entry. Unauthorized entry is prohibited.
  • All persons using the pool must abide by the safety rules established by the Clay Meadows Homeowners Association. Failure to follow posted rules may result in the loss of pool privileges.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
  • No jumping the fence.
  • No diving.
  • No water balloons.
  • No food, drinks, gum, or candy allowed in the pool.
  • No throwing of hard sports balls in or around the pool area.
  • Running and horseplay are prohibited.
  • Abusive or foul language is not permitted.
  • No glass containers or items of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
  • Swimwear only — no everyday clothing, pajamas, or underwear allowed.
  • Non-potty-trained children must wear swim diapers.
  • Please clean up after yourselves before leaving. Trash receptacles are provided.
  • Persons who are sick, have a fever, or have communicable or transmissible skin conditions are not permitted to enter the pool.
  • Individuals who violate any of the above rules, or posted rules at the pool entrance, may be removed from the premises.
  • Individuals who cause pool closure or property damage due to rule violations will be held financially responsible for repair, replacement, and any additional costs incurred by the Clay Meadows Homeowners Association.
  • No lifeguard on duty.
  • Swim at your own risk.
