Board of directors

Board meetings are held the second Thursday of each month, 7:00–8:00 PM. All residents are welcome to attend. Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes are posted in the documents section.

Get involved

Committees

Committees are open to residents who want to help shape the neighborhood. Contact the committee lead or reach out to the board to volunteer.

Architectural Control Committee

Lead: Board-appointed

Reviews exterior change requests, fences, sheds, paint colors, roofing, and additions to ensure they meet neighborhood covenants.

Lead: Kimberly Jercick

Plans neighborhood gatherings, holiday events, and welcome activities for new residents throughout the year.

Grounds & Landscaping

Lead: Zachary Clark

Works with the management company to maintain common areas, entry signage, seasonal plantings, and irrigation.

Neighborhood Watch

Lead: Karen Bartlett

Coordinates safety awareness, shares local alerts, and liaises with Liberty Police Department on community matters.
